Who is Mads?
Hello! I'm Madeleine, often called Mads. I'm the founder of MadsWorks LLC, a company committed to delivering strategic and innovative solutions to global corporations. Our main goal is to enhance cross-functional collaboration and ensure it aligns with the organization's overarching objectives.
I live just north of my hometown, Portland, OR, with my partner and our lively dogs. We are passionate about woodworking and home improvement projects. When we're not working on these, we love spending time outdoors kayaking and hiking or indoors with friends and family playing competitive board games.
With over ten years of experience in project management and human resources, I have developed the skills and knowledge necessary to help companies build not only outstanding products but also highly efficient teams and systems. I firmly believe that a company's success is rooted in its people, and I'm here to help you unlock that potential.

Workday Basics & Beyond Basics Certification
The Workday Basics Series is an introduction to the Workday platform, priming those for a career with Workday technology. The course teaches the core functionalities of Workday and the foundational frameworks that allow Workday to support some of the largest organizations in the world.
Having implemented Workday for both large and small, domestic and global companies, I am excited to learn how each company chooses to utilize this tool in their own way.
My Values
We all have values that keep us grounded, especially when things at work or in our personal lives feel overwhelming.
I strive to hold onto these values, as they are what push my work and life forward.
Ensure Transparency & Clarity (when applicable)
I always aim to keep things clear and easy to understand. By regularly checking what info can be shared and when, we boost transparency and make sure our team and loved ones are in the loop and on the same page.
Be Intentional in Every Action
Efficiency and quality are super important to me. I'm always looking for ways to make things run smoother, cut out any hassles, and delegate tasks smartly. This way, I can make sure that everything at home and work gets done right and on point.
Although I’m sure my partner would appreciate it if the kitchen would stop rearranging so he can find the plates and utensils😅
Empower Others
I aim to bring out the best in everyone, turning raw talent into amazing skills. By tapping into each person's strengths, we create lively and diverse environments that encourage teamwork, learning, and rapid growth.
Life outside of work
As much as I love building systems, tools and processes, there’s more to life than just work.
Here’s a few highlights on what that means to me
